What counts as a script?
One pupil, one paper. Multi-page papers still count as one script — the tier table covers length.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pay per session via Stripe, or buy a credit pack up front. No recurring charge.
What are the tier jumps?
Normal (1 credit · £0.30 guest) covers most mocks. Longer papers consume more credits according to the live tier table below. Exact limits are shown at checkout.
How do team credits work?
Your organisation holds a shared pool. Owners allocate credits to members, set defaults, and optionally enable overflow back to the pool — see For schools.
Do credits expire?
Credit pack expiry is shown at checkout for the specific pack you buy.
Is there a refund on an obviously-wrong mark?
Contact support if a run breaks. We review refunds case by case — there is no automatic override-based refund today.

What does £0.30 per script mean?

The current guest rate is £0.30 per standard-length script. Longer scripts use additional credits according to the live tier table above.

Do I need an account to try the flow?

You can run a guest session. If you want to keep history, claim the run into an account after it finishes.

Credit packs

Why buy a pack?

Credit packs reduce the effective cost per mark compared with paying guest-equivalent rates each time. Packs are available for solo teachers and for teams (organisation scope). Exact prices are shown at purchase in the app.

What packs are available?

The current catalogue includes Starter (30 credits), Teacher (100 credits), Teacher (250 credits), Department (500 credits), Department (1500 credits). Labels and Stripe checkout show the live price and savings vs pay-as-you-go.

Organisations can hold a shared pool. Owners and admins allocate credits to members, configure default allocations, optional overflow from members back into the pool, and receive low-balance notifications. See For schools.
