Team org
Create a team organisation after sign-up. Owners and invited admins manage who belongs to the team, which subjects or departments you fund first, and baseline credit settings.
Pool and allocation
- Top up the organisation pool with department-sized credit packs.
- Allocate credits to individual teachers (with optional bulk allocation for cohorts).
- Configure default allocation for new members so HoDs spend less time on repeat admin.
- Optionally enable overflow to pool when a teacher’s personal balance cannot cover a run — controlled by policy, not by surprise.
Finance and governance
Low-balance notices and periodic statements help bursars and subject leads track spend against forecast. Use your normal purchase order and supplier onboarding process — we provide privacy and security artefacts on request via your data protection lead.
Procurement note
Invoicing terms follow your Stripe receipt and organisation billing contact in-app. If you need a formal vendor pack (DPA, subprocessor list, DPIA references), route the request through your trust’s information governance route — our Privacy notice is the public baseline.
